Previously i was using a USB ADSL modem, it worked fine with the computer and WoW ofcuz ...
Out of a sudden, our great TMNet seems having problem with their side where i was always getting a 'bad' IP which got me a very high ping when i tried to online WoW....so what i did was, disconnect/reconnect until i got a 'good' IP which allowed me to played WoW at a low latency.
The problem is, my great great computer restarted every now and then so i kept losing the 'good' IP which i've tried 1001 times to got it; because whenever my computer restarted the USB modem got reset also.
And now i've changed to a non-USB modem, question is how do i set my modem to auto connect so that it won't lose out the IP?
p/s: do i need a router? i have one but dunno how to set it up.
Anyway this is my ping :-

What i've noticed was if my hop 8 does give me less than 1K, then i can play WoW with no problem, but if it gave me like 3K+, like what i've paste above, then i'll prolly getting 3K in-game ping.
