Dear Valued Customer,
On 20th August 2005 at 5:30 pm, there were international links broke down from Malaysia to Hong Kong due to landslide in Hong Kong cable station. As a result, all traffic is re-routed to another international links and this will cause service performance degradation. We are liaising with Hong Kong authorities to restore the link and we will let you know once the link is restored.
TM Net Sdn Bhd apologizes for any inconvenience caused but at the same time we would like to as sure you that what we are doing is necessary in order to restore the service as soon as possible.
Customers can call our TM Net Customer Interaction Center at 1-300-88-9515 or 1-300-88-1515 fro m 8:00 a.m. till midnight or email at custcare@tm.net.my for further enquiries about the service.
