So this qualifications is meant to complement Uni Degree, not to substitute it. Correct?

Anyways, if one has got a professional qualifications from other accounting bodies, can it be used to study CFA?

Say, one has got ACCA, but no degree.
Can it used to study CFA?

Or does one need to have degree only then can take CFA?
