Hi guy, just subscribed to unifi few week ago. Very hard for me to connect to the hypptv. All connection have been established but when I press hypptv it stated edg running remote control won't process anything, then with the black screen. Can hear the voice but screen still black, and it quite laggy for the sound . What exactly he problem? Anyone encounter this?

Yes, he did test during my presence. The thing is it work but very hard to connect oftenly. When I can't connect I need to off the router & modem and keep doing it until got picture. Anyone have same issue? Might be my method of connecting the network cable? All this have to blame the stupid i&p developer by providing soho box but the data point located outside store room instead of living room. Right now I'm using POE method to connect the hypptv setup box.

Yes I'm using port 4 for the connection.
