For those who face "unable to access play store" the first time connecting to wifi, make sure you run the hypptv app immediately after connecting to wifi, there will be a pop-up asking you to accept the terms and condition, then exit the hypptv app after you accept it and play store will be accessible. tried 2 out of 2 hypptv boxes and it works just like that after facing "unable to connect to play store" error. hope this helps.
