can anyone tell me how to disable auto-update for this STB?

Try this. Power cycle the box, ie turn off via the button at the back. Wait 30 seconds then turn it on again. Make sure the LAN cable is plugged in to the unifi IPTV port on the router.

Hi.. i just completed installed iflix and registered. When i tried to play movie, i received this error.

try do this it work for me. go to app management in stb setting. just clear all the cache n data for all relate app for google and restart the stb. start stb n open play store it will ask u tp log in google acc again. make sure u accept all the term. hope this will help.

check plays store also retry error.
but open kodi, can still streaming.

finally i managed to install all apps in my new hypptv box!

bro, i cant find the clear all cache setting under Manage Application,can help out?

Been using this ec6108v8 with kodi to stream my movies through my nas, just today there's been a frequent disconnection on wifi while watching a movie, anyone facing this problem? I'm using the wifi connected to my router within the same room.

Restaring both units doesn't help.

hi guys.

i managed to connect my STB to wifi connection and can access to google play store. however, my problems are:

1) whenever i tried to download app from play store, "error retrieving information from server" pop-up at the bottom.

2) i cannot connect to the pre-installed youtube in the STB as well. please advise if you guys have any solution to this.

i had re-boot the STB couple of times but it didn't worked. appreciate your advise, guys. thanks in advance!

hello peeps, managed to install kodi on Ec6108V8. but i get the freakin info "swipe down to exit full screen", how go it get rid of it, the remote dont allow me to click to blardy "OK" button.
