Hello, I have never subscribed to this, and I get this message every month. Whenever I dial *131# to remove it, I get a message saying it's removed BUT the music ringtone is still there.

My hotlink account currently is being deducted RM3 every month for the CRT package which I did not subscribed. I received this SMS every month:

I tried going to *131#, but not able to unsubscribe. Please unsubscribe from this CRT package. Will give my hotlink number in PM message.
