I'm facing the same problem. Call up the hotline number, they just told me to wait. I waited until the Maybank web page automatically logout and still haven't receive the SMS

Its happening now on my Hotlink. Been trying since half an hour, not even one SMS arrived from Maybank2u containing TAC. tsk tsk...

the SMS are all arriving now. the 1st one is 43 mins delayed. so it seems Hotlink has the problem of delayed SMS, perhaps not Maybank2u fault...

I gave up on Maybank when I couldn't receive their TAC, despite able to before. There are so many other banks I could use.

Me too..!! This is my 1st time facing this prob.. I just switch Celcom from Digi.. Last time i request TAC no prob when i was using digi.. But now i din receive single of TAC since i switch to Celcom><'' Sigh.............

im experiencing this once in awhile.. but most of the time my tac code would reached my mobile phone by less than 1 minit..
but if sot sot.. better to get ur code at atm machine.. |

During this festive season sometimes even hard to send sms, call keep disconnecting & delayed sms received. Still, I managed to get received TAC code. Using celcom.
