if you're worried about depression, you should at least know that it is mainly caused by lack of motivation in many aspect of your life.

The most important thing you need to be is do the best you can for everything that you do, seek more knowledge. I don't know about your extra curricular life, as you didn't mention but i'm just gonna assume that you don't have any just in case, do join marathons/sports, pick up a hobby, bit by bit take it to a level you've never been before. Bit by bit you will feel better about yourself, understand yourself more as you accomplish more for yourself. From what you've wrote, you're too busy worrying about what others see of you. If you have already invested so much more value in yourself, people would see you more than just the acne/scars on your face and when you feel you have more to offer to the people around you, you would no longer feel shy of looking at people in the face as you have more to radiate to them than just acne problems. Some day you could be someone's mentor, teaching them to give value to their life.

Having zits/acne is a part of life, our bodies is a reflection of our lifestyle e.g the way we handle our sleep/food/stress/hygiene and I can assure you, you are not alone.

You're still young and you've just started to "walk" into society. It will be hard, and it's meant to be hard. Give yourself time to learn and know yourself better, in no time you can run full speed ahead in your life.

Do check out Elliot Hulse / Brandon Carter / Tai Lopez in Youtube. They have great videos for people like you.

Thank you so much for the encouragement. It means ALOT to me. and yes, i dont have any extra curricular activities, even in my resume i dont know what to say about my curricular activities. i recently went to an job interview and i failed to impress the boss ( maybe due to my poor english speaking ).

i totally lost my way, i always afraid to speak in english and finding it hard to express what i wanted to say in WORDS. Do u have any advises in improving my communication skills as well as my english?

If you're too worried about English, no prob. Listen to good rap music. Try to rap to it and go find out the meaning in the rap. Try out Fort Minor, clean rap and it's semi motivational rap. It may make you look stupid or slow, but hey, do it in your own room or car. No doubt, you train with yourself.

Even if u go for job interview, you have to show the employer what you can offer to the company, English is just secondary. An interviewee may speak good english but if he is unable to add value to the company's goal/interest they will still reject him. And, keep trying to go for interview. One company reject you? No problem. Go back and reflect what is lacking and what you could've done better to secure the job. And then try to improve on the next interview. Eventually you will find out what's the value you can offer.

At the end of the day, don't allow yourself to give excuses of something not turning out right and don't blame. Don't blame anyone or circumstances. Make yourself a level above these, you will see yourself improve a whole lot faster and happier.
