QUOTE(sonic_cd @ Mar 1 2007, 09:05 PM) Now I'm not sure but I think it has something to do with the cooling of the air. Heat will be lot when it has to travel a long way to the engine. That explains the small intercooler, for a 300hp gain that car would have to have plenty of boost. Also I think when the turbo finally kicks in, when the revs drop a lot, the turbo would still be on. I'd imagine the exhaust pulses piles up at the end and produces a constant stream of gas working the turbine. This car is American tuned, and being way back there, it's their deign. Seen Rides on Discovery Channel, one guy put the turbo at the same place. I thought it was weird as well then I look up information a soon as the show finished. |

You guys live near taikos, lucky.
Actually this reminded me of my stay in Australia, everywhere in my neighbourhood, Porsche 911 turbo, a Lamborghini Diablo, a Lotus Esprit, Lotus Elises, V8 Monaros, and it's not even a posh neighbourhood, filled with wooden houses(one of the had the Esprit) and mid-priced apartments! |

I don't think it's wrecked.
It doesn't look crooked to my eyes. The Cayenne have 2 bumps on the bonnet. That dent you mentioned seems to be too curvaceous, purposeful. If it was rear ended don't you think it'll look a bit squarish? |

QUOTE(-=Axis=- @ Mar 12 2007, 05:41 PM) Yea. One supposed to be on top of the engine but this has 2 at the bumper. A rather extreme setup. 2 vertically mounted intercoolers, normally only one at the top of the engine and that's why scoody has a bonnet air scoop. Besides that you see 2 air-filters next to the intercooler as well. On a stock car the air intake is located at the grill. Looks cool doesnt it? Any performance/reliability advantage, or is it just for looks? |

Anybody ever encounter a Bufori?
Pretty rare, eventhough they are manufactured here. Carbon fibre body, optional 300hp supercharged V6, RM400k+ pricetag. |

QUOTE(pizzaboy @ Mar 16 2007, 12:58 AM) it's like the weirdest thing, yestetrday i saw a bufori, on constant exhibition in this shoe shop at Melaka Megamall. Carbon Fibre, of course. And i rmbr readin about bufori saying that their material is so hard, u can stand without it bending. The one with the Carbon Fibre body is the Bufori MkIII La Joya. |
