The proportion of it seems to be out of place but probably due to heavy mods. But the side air intakes and the side mirrors are a bit square, which is a weird mod if you want your car to be more aerodynamic. The rear is bit is slightly odd.

Colani is a designer. Luigi Colani(founder) also made special Citroen 2CV, special trucks and others. I think very few of his creations are sold. For the specs, click on the picture, it says it has 980PS, and PS is measured at the wheel.
His creation are mostly weird however, this one I like, you should see his trucks.
