In the real world its always about new clients. No customer appreciation or loyalty anymore. Taking telcos for example is always a war to entice you to switch over. I believe ISP is no different.
I am in the same dilemma with you. Decided to just reapply a new line and enjoy the "new" benefits. That said is nothing new just lowered monthly rental for high speed packages.
