I have no idea why Maxis hides this information and asks you to make public requests here.
FYI, those shortcut form *100# may change from time to time..and may different among the plan.
If you r not using the latest Red plan now, what u get from
*100*6*1*2# is to upgrade your existing plan to
Hotlink Red plan!!!
btw,
*100*6*1# is fine in this case, It equal to
*100# and then reply 01 and 01 again for next page(for some 2g phones), and then reply 6 and then reply 1
which is leading you to user account information, and then the language setting will be shown .
