hey guys...i am confuse on bsn syntha 6 or dymatize elite whey ..( i try to get 10lbs package ) becasuse my ON almost gone and new price very expensive...


1 ) .which one will be better in taste ?
2 ) dymatize provide 25g protein while syntha 6 only provide 22g....so its better to get elite whey ?
3 ) Bsn have less serving compare with elite whey...as economic..i should go for elite whey ??

one more, pls share me ur others 10lbs package...recently ON is very expensive ...

1- some say bsn tastes good some say dymatize tastes good. Never tried both brands before. You have to try.
2 & 3 - Dymatize Elite hands down. Dymatize 25g protein (70 serving per tub) vs 22g (28 serving per tub)

or try Cellucor. RM175. 52 serving, 1 serving 25gram

bro...10lbs provide 97 servings..

BSN Syntha 6 has much more carbs, that is why it has lesser servings.

You need to compare entire macro nutrition profile + ingredients.

i am not very familiar ingredients as i take ON since 2013 until now...nvr change brands..until cant tahan the price

I think most of us only look at the protein cause carb is so easy to get.
I always get Dymatize Elite Whey Vanilla then add milo, can't go wrong with that.

MP Combat? Hm i would take Dymatize. best bang for the buck

With the extra RM35 for the 10lbs package, do you think it's worth it to go for MP due to its superior (my opinion) ingredients compared to Dymatize?

last time was testing my fren elite whey vanilla..we add some low fat milk..and the taste...

MP combat its for 8 hour long lasting..i guess its more for hardcore builder ??

All whey protein is the same. I've bought Chocolate, Chocolate Mint, Cafe Mocha & Gourmet Vanilla. They all taste the best for the first few servings.
Finally I'd go for vanilla + milo.

Non-hardcore builders doesn't need that? Sorry, whey supps is totally out of my realm of knowledge.
