hlb can just said bcs there are people earlier than you and that 50k cb allocation finished before you (although they can't justify how 50k cb allocation finished before 9:30am saturday when most dining/grocery/departmental open at 10am).

Don't think so. Some of my 3rd weekday transactions done on Wednesday, and definately not advisable to do it on Friday.
I do find that when it is closing to the end of a promo, more & more people (esp the winners) will participate n try to be as early as possible.
I remember that my transaction on the last couple days of the MBB 100% CB promo was done at 10:00:02 and yet I didn't win.

1st time using payonline and paid TNB bills yesterday (sat). However, i still do not receive email confirmation from UOB. Is it normal? The posting date is Sat? Checked the payonline payment history also no record..

Does the 10 transactions of RM50 refer to any transactions or limited to the categories selected?

Does it count as 7x transactions? Usually I do it once every 2-3 days, RM50 at one time. Using MaxisPay so not too much of hassle compared to kiosk payment.

for grocery, you may calculate first and group your items in +-rm50 each prior to payment.

for dining, you may tell the staff that you wanted to join some cc contest. so more swipes = more chances. i tried once before and the lady boss allowed.

Check Payonline and HL account, both have the record, mean the bills have been processed, just worrying why no email has send through
