if u fully get the rebate every month, it's a good investment to pay rm160 for another year.

The negative can easily outweigh the positive. I advice against asking someone to pay your bill unless you know the person in real life (even that it's better to be just family members).

first year means completed one year or just started?

Normally if I pay this early of the month, I would only check my uobpayonline transactions several days later. Sometimes they are late so i don't bother check on daily basis. It's different story if I pay the bills after 20th, that's when you have to start to get nervous if the transactions are reflected late.
