Today check mail box also received this type of letter, asked me go collect at branch, letter dated 28th August.
But when I called branch, tak da lagi..
Haiz..shit LA this hlb. My chronological as below:-
8th August - Received approval sms
14th August- Went to check at branch, tak da lagi
15th August - received sms stated due to overwhelming response, card will deliver on 21st Sept
22th August - received sms stated your card is ready to collect at branch
25th August - called branch , they said tak da lagi
3rd sept- received letter date 28th stated card ready to collect at branch
4th Sept - called branch again, tak da lagi..

So fedup about this hl bank LA..simply give false hope..wtf

so yours card is going to send to you or to branch? do update me if you receive the card.
first time experienced such confusing during delivery of the card...

another ways is call hotline to check, but need to wait more time, as they will check here and there, then they will help you call branch also..then end up might be same result..
really frustrated about this HL bank, i also have decided just wait until 21st sept, if after 21st sept still tak da, sure call their hotline gao gao to screw them...

you are lucky...mine approved on 8th August, now I am still waiting for the call to ask me go collect the card.
will wait for 1 more week, before take up my phone and call to CS to shoot them!!

haha..sien lor..already lost august rebate, hopefully this month rebate can get..I already delayed all my bill payment, plan to pay end of this month.

if you called their cs, they will replied to you, please ignore all the letter/sms about the wise card delivery.
wise card will be sending out on 3rd week of september..
this is what they CS told me straight away when I said I want to check my card status.
they straight away told me this without even asking my details(name,ic) to check on their system

seems that HLB already got stock for wise gold card and start deliver the cards..
those who applied lately all got the card already, but seems those apply early of august still waiting for card...zzz...why their card delivery system so lousy?

we are bad luck...stupid HLB card delivery system is FILO...haiz..
i think for those waiting applicant(due to no stock earlier), they are planning for 1 shot send out all together near 21st sept..
then for recent applicant, they just follow back the normal process which send out immediately after card approved.

Wah. All of you received the card already?
I am still waiting the call...haiz..pray hard they will call me asap..

you are better than me, i didnt receive any call/miss call from 03 number yet. :-( ...Just wait until 21st next monday, then I will start chasing them like mad..

no , you can just activated your card to use it first.
that pin should be a pin for you to withdraw money from atm....and normally you would receive it in your card address within 1-2 week from card activation day. If you didn't receive it, you can go to bank to request them generate for you, but you must have transaction posted to your account then only bank officer can generate it for you.
if this is your first card in hlb, you need that pin to register for online hlconnect .
yea, after received, please change the pin to other number at hlb atm.

guys, pardon me if these questions have been ask before.
1)for this wise card, in order to set the sms transaction alert, we need to submit form in branch? or can request by calling hotline? or can download the form online and submit via email? and what is the min amount to set? rm1?
2) anyways to check the chosen 2 category? I couldnt find it via hlconnect... will it stated in the letter when I collect card ? I know last resolution is call hotline to check, but lazy

GUys, as you can see below attachement. I paid the bill via UOB pay online, but no tac has send to me..I just get status like this.
Is it no need key in tac for bill payment via uob pay online? tq

yea, the transactions were failed. then when i tried to use the wise card in other type of payment channel, also failed..called cs, cs said you havent register for tac yet.=.=
i thought the tac registration is auto since I got mach credit card before..
just retry after tac register, this time uobpayonline direct me to tac page..should be sucessful :-)

sorry, i shouldnt said request for tac. It is call to register our Mobile Number for Tac so that we can use it online. Else, all the online txn will be decline.

I also paid bill this morning. But after a while received email stated unable to process but with "approved" template.normally if unable to process, it will ask you call nuzli at 03xxx at office hour, but this time unable to process with have a good day.

if stacked payment like this, will get 1 tac or 5 tac?
