Hi there. I applied for the celcom first 38 just now at their Centre and I received an email intheevening, stating that the transaction was successful together with a bill of some sort. An hour after that, I received an sms saying that the port request was rejected by maxis. Anyone else facing such experience? How do I go about this. Thanks a bunch.

QUOTE(yokoloco @ May 25 2015, 10:09 PM) might be you owe Maxis some outstanding bills?? can call Maxis to check Its prepaid so I guess that's out of the equation.

QUOTE(yokoloco @ May 25 2015, 10:12 PM) i meant maybe some other bills like broadband or something.. anyways, better to call Maxis and ask them why u got rejected anyways Do they handle enquires online? I went to maxis forum and they redirected me to lowyat forum instead. QUOTE(WaCKy-Angel @ May 25 2015, 10:13 PM) how old is your hotlink? AFAIK u need to be atleast 6 months subscription (prepaid) with telco. this number has been active for more than 10 years.

QUOTE(adiwarna @ May 25 2015, 11:17 PM) got few reason why mnp rejected, wrong ic/name, credit not active, not reply to Y to maxis etc Ohhhhhh. The hotlink number was registered under another name and I applied for the port at celcom with my name and ic instead. I guess this is what caused the failure. Thanks!
