I am running retail but you dunno how cheapo a Malaysian can be...  every now and then we will have customer who pretend "looking" for charger, end up don want to buy after half an hour "trying" the charger.. We got nothing after serve him, but his battery got charged from <5% to 20-30%.we are small retailer with aroun rm18 per hour rental..

IKEA got summore within 100 days..i have refunded quite a number of stuff

why ? u got no job to do , why go challenge the company just for RM35 ?
i bet after u bring this case to  consumer tribunal the judge will blame both of u because wasting judge time and public fund just for RM35, u see what u get later 
aldy got a know friend bring the new car issue to consumer tribunal end up both of them get flame by judge and ask to settle outside dun waste time.

Malaysians need to wake up and learn to stand firm on our rights.

My last experience was with Maybank... I have been using their ATM for nearly 10 years.. now the card is in bad condition although still working. I ask to change a new card and they demanded RM12 for processing/admin fee. I complaint and got a new card for free. I could have just kept quiet, suck it up and swallowed their unreasonable "processing fee" which I feel most Malaysians did.
