As much as I agree that TS should post elsewhere, and not /k/, I will also disagree with the fact that he is bragging. He did not brag in his initial post. His bragging remarks came as replies to your silly challenges. You were the one who initiated the argument by constantly provoking TS by challenging him and when he ignored you, you got butthurt. In fact, you were the one bragging that you COULD get a refund on the spot, not him.

How did you know he did not complaint directly to Mr. DiY FB in the first place? In fact, a formal complaint should go via their contact page on their website, not FB. Do you know his sequence of actions? We can already tell that TS isn't sharing half the things about his case to us so what makes you think you know every single step he has done in chronological order?

Sharing his complaint is not wrong. You attributed it to attention seeking. If you were to equate sharing as attention seeking, then all those people out there who posted and shared things like getting molested and post for awareness so other people are more wary and cautious are also attention seeking?

He said he will bring the case to consumer tribunal if no reply within 48 hours. Still understandable to you so far? Let's check the next line.

"I will publish this case as an open case in my blog (www.nkkhoo.com) and Low Yat forum for public members to know that your company policy of strictly no refund with cash is against the Malaysia law. "

He clearly states that he is GOING to post at LYN Forum and his blog. After your re-checking you have further MISUNDERSTOOD and ASSUMED he said he will post on his blog/LYNF after 48 hours? Which part of this line and the line above even states that?


Wow, you living under a shell? Or you must have not read news lately. Molesting cases is happening everywhere nowadays, even in broad daylight. It happens on the bus, in cramped LRT's, many other places which I shall not bother listing down but you can probably find if you read enough news articles, or heck maybe even your own Facebook page. So are you now suggesting that you should avoid these places as well? And face it, molesting cases happens involuntarily. Do you think any idiot will walk around these places and look for people to molest them? Your logic really great come I clap for you
