man, only in malaysia will fellow consumers get angry at consumers and not at retailers for not honoring malaysian refund policy.

you CAN return items back. you CAN get a refund. whatever retailer's T&C is shit if law says otherwise. Why the kids in /k so takut?
I have a few friends who managed to get back their money + interest + cost on badly designed homes, on crappy cars, while /k kids whine about RM35 when RM35 isn't even the issue here.
