i think around 80 degrees, then u shud be abit worried.
uhm, currently, a zalman HSF is on my card. at default, its only 40 degrees idle!
i think thats really fantastic, and its not even copper yet!
so i think the VF 700-CU (LED if u want) would be a good choice.

had no idea how to take out the stock HSK as well... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Anyway, Zalman will be a good choice considering U already reach around 75C+ after OC.

i think if u replace the hsink the warantty will be void.another suggestion will be to buy a pci fan card to blow directly to ur gc.maybe ur casing got poor ventilation.try rearrranging those cabel wire so the air flow wont be blocked.just a suggestion.

technically, you're not voiding the warranty as long as there is no physical damage to the card. if you're going to claim for warranty, just slap back the old cooler. as simple as that.

1) Palit design their own PCB, thats why its diffrent from other 7300GT, same as Galaxy
2) There are some reviews, try google
3) Zalman VF-700Cu is a good cooler

tat pci fan would not bring your temp down very much (So loud when its running at its full speed). the main reason is tat your Heat Sink is not capable of conducting tat much of heat out from your GPU core. the best way is to change the whole HSF. all depend on your budget.
