well, how bout mod it like my quadro 980 xgl here

i cant give comment since this GC dont have temperature sensor, but its kinda cool than previous stock hsf. since original hsf only cover the main chippy, i guess no need to put ramsink to each of the ram rite?

your mod looks like super duper mod to me somemore great card like quadro...now some says it might void warranty some says not,somemore nobody has experience to take off this kind of HSF,no confident to do it

well, as long there is no physical damage done upon the card, warranty wont void
but in case of mine, my quadro already old enuff. if not mistaken around 2-3yrs. since the ori HSF to small to handle the heat, i just mod it like that & it working charm
