Hi, I'm newbie to lowyat forum.. on this matter, does anyone know if there's plan to demolish the remaining Highland Towers' blocks or it will be left as it is now.. thanks in advance!

I think a lot of people are pampered with choices all around. I like this project coz it's low entry, good location, freehold & fully furnished with no headache on renovation later on (budget again).. I'm an owner of this project too, am signing the S&P next Monday, have cleared most of my queries, and we will proceed to sign.. โ˜บ๏ธ

Depending on how you see it.. this is a low entry investment, freehold and is located in KL City.. i have signed mine too.. โ˜บ๏ธ

Heard there are about 400 units left, with rebates.. you might want to find it out yourself and do some comparison with other projects.. al d best!

Agree, high competition with the rest, but this is low entry with potential high return, not many new projects located near city center offers low entry like Liberty Arc. I guess it is also depending on individual preferences & affordability.. go for what you feel right and comfortable.. happy new year everyone!!

I'm sure this grand launch is for owners only.. correct me if I' wrong? Coz I received SMS, email as well as mail (I'm an Owner)

But anyways, property launches normally will have many stages.. early bird, pre-launch, soft launch, and d launches gimmicks go on until they reach a certain quota.. for us buyers, just see where and which type of property is within our affordability & comfort level. As long as you have done enough research on your own, just don't be easily trapped in bias reviews.. I suggest do your own comparison from all aspects (location, purpose, price, type, etc)

So after clarifications made, the "M" banker said the additional rm200++ is a one time service charge.. after this I won't be seeing this additional charge, so will monitor. Mine is level B-21
