I am thinking about buying one unit but I am worried that there are too many investor owners. Second concern is the maintenance.

According to the SA, about 50-60% is for own stay. Of course they might be lying la.

i think u better apply manually through the counter... just take half day leave will do... this project is under schedule H which means its for residential purposes... and its a SOHO as mentioned in the website

Thanks Aaron. I am going to do it.
Talking about the residential purpose, I remember that the maintenance fee is calculated based on housing instead of commercial type which is more cheaper. I can't find this info in my s&p.

just like the conversion of electricity to resi rate... i dont think its reflected in the SPA... maybe in the DMC or stuffs? otherwise... it will be rely on the goodwill of the developer to help convert for you guys... or else... gonna be tedious once VP in....

I mean I can't find the info where it mentions the monthly maintenance fee is RM0.35/sqft if I am not mistaken. Anyone have this info stated black and white? I have seen it somewhere.
