I have also consider to cancel my booking but at the end proceed. I have signed SPA and LA. Different individual may have different reasons for cancellation.

Other than spoil of choice, I think:
first, the buyer may feel not confident with the developer. It is not very big player but I see this company quite stable recently. It has some projects in Johor and South City KL. Read the story about the CEO.

Second, the agent didn't provide inadequate information about the project before the launching. I think many buyers may not happy with the booking fee explanation.

Third, the waiting time. Some buyers waited for many months but no updates on the project when it will launch. I understand the ADPL is approved now and then the project launched 2 months ago. It launched slightly late from planning. I understand this is out of control as the approval is from state government.

Forth, I think some buyers may concern about current economy slowdown recently. I heard from some people who work in oil and gas and financial companies.

Now, many things are clear. They just launched a new website to provide information of latest news update, photo gallery of interior, layout plan, building design, location map, site clearing in progress and so on. I am now more confident to this project.

Oh really? Then Block B still have some units left? Do you get rebate after launching? How did you found this project?

the accessibility/advantages that I can find out are:

Because the bank will release the payment according to progressive payment. The project is now in piling stage completed that's should be consider as 10% completion if I am not mistaken. So, slowly the payment will be increasing every month until certain period I will have to pay the 100% of the monthly installment.

Why can't pay full amount?
Thanks to our government who set the act to protect buyers like us where last time there are developers claimed the money from banks and runaway before completion of the project.

Received a letter on GST implementation from developer. Will this affect my loan amount or does it mean we need pay GST separately ?
