Theres something you have to point it out to get a best options when choosing a camera, do you need light weight? Do you need weather-seal? Do you want a wifi connection for controlling or transfer the photographs? When will you photographing ur subject? Indoor or outdoor? Light weight then DSLR is not what u want drill down to choose any mirrorless, there's also many weather sealing cameras out there to choose from, wifi not as much from canon or nikon (they have it but not much model), if you shoot at night & indoor with dimmed light condition full frame is a better choice while if you doing it with bright day light even micro 4/3 sensor could have done the job..
