Whey protein is a no-no for someone who's lactose intolerant right, but I've read that whey protein isolate is not too bad since the lactose content is lower. So I was checking out ON 100% Gold Standard Whey. Problem is, I can't try it first before buying since everyone only sells big tubs of them (>=5lbs). Checking on the official website, I found that they have a small size (3 servings) but nobody seems to be selling it. Other alternatives would be Soy Protein and Egg Protein but these aren't popular and it seems to be out of stock everywhere I check online. Anyone know any place that sells Soy Protein / the small ON 100% Gold Standard Whey? Or anyone willing to sell me a little bit (about 2 servings) of their ON 100% Gold Standard Whey for me to try Edit: Thanks for all the advise guys, decided to go with Dymatize ISO-100 Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate This post has been edited by ClickityQuack: May 22 2015, 07:02 PM

QUOTE(Microsuck_360 @ May 22 2015, 11:05 AM) if label stated isolate...good to go...if got mix between isolate and concentrate i will not try it... Ah, then the ON 100% whey is out I guess. QUOTE(Miracles @ May 22 2015, 11:53 AM) PJ, Selangor. QUOTE(kshen @ May 22 2015, 01:07 PM) Perhaps hydrolyzed whey would be a better choice for those who are lactose intolerant. Price is slightly higher though. Another option I can recommend is beef protein, check out Carnivor or Scitec Nutrition. They have a few protein supplements that's derived from beef . I'll try to look for Carnivor and Scitec then. Any recommended product / seller?
