Online banking? Sounds like they only enabled CIMBClicks access for you hmm.gif

Did they ask you some questions like card number, identity number, recent transactions as verification purpose?

no actually they granted my debit card to be used in online shopping (thats what i mean). yea they asked questions about all those stuff to verify.
