normal la, last time usually my doms for leg last for a day, to a day and half
the doms affects me to the extend of having problem standing up from chair and sitting down, let alone climbing stairs
then i started to take multivit, started to increase protein intake, started to rest more(as in sleep well sleep better) + stretching + foam rolling, now i can squat 3 times a week, with absolutely no doms at all, i can even squat the next day after i squat heavy today, but of course i wont have the strength to go as heavy
