Not only RapidKL bus service is suck, understand that UTAR bus service also no good.

Students complain UTAR bus in Sg Long not follow schedule, got to wait under the hot sun for 30 minutes bla bla...initially I tot this is free bus but been told that each set of bus ticket (10 tix) is selling at price of RM8 from division of finance. There is no monthly ticket...

last time in Tarc setapak also have to purchase ticket, RM0.5 per trip, no monthly ticket too, ticket have to be purchased in advance before boarding the bus.

Can outsider take their bus by showing the bus ticket?

if you can buy the ticket, then should be ok I guess

I never took the bus back then, always walked to college from wangsa maju section 2

no bro
they are not using entrance at Bukit Enggang
instead they are using Desa Budiman internal road
every morning around 10-20 lorries will going in and out using that road
already complaint at Pejabat Tanah & Galian Hulu Langat and they only do Ops Statik infront Restoran Segar Mewah for 1 week

Why Restoran Segar Mewah? anything to do with sand mining?

If possible take picture of some lorries that involve in sand mining, need to involve politician & press men I suppose.

Apparently during that 1 week, the activity stopped.

But once the officer cabut khemah, the next day they start back the activity

What? Sg Long still got such a big land not developed meh??

When I explore further by looking at their Annual Report the so called Sg Long land actually located in Mukim Hulu Langat, that one not Sg Long I suppose or could it be quarry behind Desa Budiman? Anyone can clarify?

Some information on Symphony's Sg Long land:
Lot PT 12269 to PT 12274 Mukim and District of Ulu Langat

419 acres

Land Existing Use:
Quarry land for extraction of rock reserves together with office and quarry buildings

99 year lease expiring on 2111.

I think this land is behind Desa Budiman based on 2014 Malaysian Insider's report:

According to executive chairman Tan Sri Azman Yahya, the delay was due to the state government’s plan to acquire part of the land for the Langat 2 water treatment plant project and a proposed new highway.

The group’s preliminary projection shows that the 420 acres (170ha) Sungai Long township may carry a total gross development value (GDV) of RM8 billion.

Wow it has gotten worsen especially the timing. I can imagine the congestion has gotten worsen for All the way to Loke Yew.

maybe the land is near to twinpalm or after toll... could be a new township called Bandar Baru sg long...haha

habis lo, the forest will be gone sooner then we think

bukit serdang Chinese school will open this August....feel so jealous... haha.....

So jam coming into Sg Long just now at 7pm. Jam until Taman Rakan traffic lights. Feel like Tuesday, pasar malam time.

I think most probably the land behind Desa Budiman is belong to Symphony Life based on info. we gathered so far ie

1) Quarry activities (see the red circle in picture attached)
2) Bordering Langat 2 project (this project should be near by BMC)
3) Next to a proposed highway, ie EKVE
4) 420 acres, from the map that land is big enough for 420 acres.

I only hope the forest near by Palm Walk remain intact and Bukit Enggang still open to hikers.

I think due to utar students, this morning saw quite a number of the drivers are young chap

1 hour still ok la...think puasa month should be better also right coz malay ool leave hse early
