Wanna ask,

Is 29" ultrawide wide optimal for multi tasking and gaming ? Starting to get interested in Ultrawide monitor, as I am thinking of giving my 23" HP monitor to my dad to replace is 19" monitor.

yes it's optimal. i'm guessing you're planning to get the LG UM29 one?

Yup, it seem like an entry to UW monitors, and within my budget too if I save till next year, as I have to overhaul my mobo and processor.

old model doesnt have display port, only with 2 HDMI port.
29UM68 got display port and free sync features.

I see. 29UM68 does have built in speaker right ? or is it the 29UM68-P version ?

Currently using zotac mini GTX 1060, while I can't take advantage of the free sync, i am satisfy with 60 for now tongue.gif

Top up rm500-800 for 34' 1080p monitor. I personally got a crossover korean monitor due to cheap pricing.. but there is slightly risk there.
I personally thinks 29" is too small for multi tasking and the "wow" factor isn't there yet, would rather get dual 23"

might consider that too, however my GPU is GTX1060, doubt it can handle beyond 29" smoothly laugh.gif

Is there any shop that sells monitor stand that stack one monitor on top of other ?

I am kinda interested in lg 29wk600 and want to stack it on top of my 32" 1440p monitor.
