well it actually boils down to how you use your camera.

If you are a casual photographer who dont see the need to control your lights, then iphone 6 is definitely good enough. In fact, i feel that the iPhone 6 handles dynamic range pretty well and is definitely one of the best camera phone you can get in the market. (If you are hipster enough, download VSCO)

however, if you want to venture into travel photography which involves candid shots, long exposure shots (to capture stars and dreamy waves etc) and you have the interest to learn them, then maybe your olympus camera is better to stick with.

Just curious, have you tried experimenting controls on the camera like shutter and aperture? Part reason why i prefer camera over phones because depending on settings and situation it can produce much nicer photo than iphone auto shot. But admitedly phones jpeg nowadays can be vastly superior than camera in some situation. If your answer is no and you mainly use auto settings on epl2, then iphone is better.

Also, did you try other lens like primes which can produce sharper images?

Couldnt agree more. Phone will never give you those bokeh feeling. (just a little bit).

Maybe in the time to come when we can interchange lens in phone, then tht will be another story.

the answer you looking for, iphone 6 sensor technology has already surpass EPL2(more then 5 years model). YES. in many ways except maybe the lens quality (deep details) thats if you going to do large prints. If you just plan to upload to FB or use as wallpaper or show your friends via your pc/laptop. iphone6 will be the best choice, provided the battery will last better then a camera (not sure if u use roaming or airplane mode oversea/traveling)

the iphone6 in term of image output, i would place it between EPL3 and EPL5 era...

Bokeh is a photographer's craving... non photographer wont be bothered by it.

Yeah they are convenient, but just like all the new gadgets, the product is still new and is overpriced. I would rather get rm200+ canon 50mm F1.8 

Oh, if i have an iphone, I will definitely get the Olloclips. The wide angle lens is able to produce GoPro-like images. Macro is also cool. If i am not wrong, I saw some people using that lens in the iPhone World Gallery.

Yeah true, but those have high abbreviation which decrease image quality significantly. But again, if you are a casual photographer, you wouldnt mind haha!
