2. Budget. Around rm350
3. Specs. Wont lag using whatapp , phone call and sms
4. What you need in the phone ( if can record phone call conversation )

Second hand phone also can consider because cannot claim

not many phone have more than 4k mah.
you can try look at lenovo p70 and k80 as well as p90 and p5000

i actually using p70, but for my dad usage, i dont think its sufficient. any 4k mah with 3gb ram? more than 1k also ok
