Guys, please recommend a simple phone for my mum.

1. Brand. Any Brand
2. Budget. less than RM600. looking for RM500+- include postage.
3. Specs. Able to upgrade to Lollipop, 2GB Ram if can. screen need around 5", LTE not important
4. What you need in the phone : use for WhatsApp, take photo, facebook
