Best All rounder : Huawei Mediapad X1
1080p screen, 13MP/5MP camera with flash, 2GB RAM, 4G, 16GB storage, but at the more expensive side, nearly RM1000.

If Huawei is too expensive for you, for ASUS, go for the ASUS Fonepad 7 FE375CG if you still can find one, because this tablet using the same processor as ASUS Zenfone 2, prove to be superior in performance and gaming.
But it is far from perfect, 5MP camera, 1GB RAM only, 8GB storage, only 3G connectivity, but this is the closest to your budget.

Beware, don't get the FE171CG model or FE170CG model.
Much closer latest model is the Asus ZenPad 7.0 Z370CG

Lastly, if you don't need any 2G,3G,4G data internet, and no need phone functionality, then the Xiaomi Mi Pad will be the best tablet at RM699, but only comes with WiFi.

Yes, Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 will be officially launch sale in Malaysia on 11.11.15, with pricing RM649, 16GB version.
This is the new king of budget Android smartphone coming the end of this year.

Apps cannot be installed on the SD card unless u root and link2sd, but the phone for my mom.
Better get a phone with bigger storage, easier for me and my mom.
The phone she is currently using cannot install/store anymore apps cos hd full already.
memory card still got a lot free space. doh.gif

root doesn't invalidate the warranty for xiaomi phones so that is a plus. But if you want convenience then just get a larger one.

1. Brand : asus, samsung or anything, as long as a well known brand.. I used huawei honor 3c before this, now i got line / coverage problem. Sometimes can detect line, sometimes need to restart fone till 4 times.. My dad zenfone full coverage, as i put our phone next to each other. Means, my phone got coverage problem. Not my sim card.

2. Budget. Rm550 below

3. Specs : 6inch and below screen size, at least 1.5gb ram, good rear and front camera, good dpi for the screen, LTE dual sim if possible.

4. What you need in the phone : below 6 inch screen, high ram memory, good rear and front camera..

Im thinking of asus zenfone 5 or zenfone laser 2.. But too many models of zenfone, im confuse. Xiaomi good or not? I used huawei before but got coverage problem after 1.5years, so quite doubt bout xiaomi or lenovo or huawei.

Or any other brand? Below rm550 that is good for bucks
