you use cable or wifi? try get lan cable and see can or not
2nd thing is set QOS highest priority to your PC (google it)

if it is wifi, how many walls penetrate to your PC?

2 poor network connection safe to leave
1 high ping constant 4xx

Anyone experienced lag as well?
