QUOTE(Dyong @ Feb 28 2008, 04:03 PM) CPF in Singapore is Identical to Malaysia's EPF. you can go to www.cpf.gov.sg to check out the details. CPF returns pathetic interest rates of 3.5% PA. Depending on your Residence status, you may want to consider whether opt-in/out of CPF contribution. Hi Dyong, Thanks for reply, My offer letter stated Salary offered inclusive CPF? What they mean by this? This is a contract position. Is it means they will deduct my salary and contribute to CPF once im become a PR? This post has been edited by zzoom18: Feb 28 2008, 04:15 PM

mIssfROGY, thanks for information. The Agent told me I will get all the GROSS pay, but not sure what will happen after I got the PR. Let say Salary have $5K, then at least deduct $1k from there?? The job offered is Contract one year. OMG.... salary become $4K after convert to permanent.

Dear all... Im confuse to work in Singapore or Malaysia. I got 2 offer - Let say Singapore offer me SGD 4K in .NET (contract) Malaysia offer me RM 3k in SAP (permanent+2 month bonus min)
I have total of 2 years exp in .NET and 0 experience in SAP Should i work in Malaysia to gain experience in SAP or Try .NEt job in SG?
I believe with SAP experience can easily get up to 4-5K SGD. What should i do now?
