15% tax is a bit low to us. I think everage Malaysian pay 19% at least each year. biggrin.gif

Actually it depends on your income bracket. People making RM3k per month pays around 3% of tax if I remember. 19% tax is for people who makes between 50k - 70k per month. 13% for Rm35-50k per month.

Average M'sian dont earn that much.

May God Bless You,
Just wonderin' is it true that website hosting and design business is dying in Singapore? Because the students spoilt the market with S$ 50.00 per design?

Can I confirm this?

I don't know about that, But I think website business is saturated anywhere because
- any college student can do it
- it's quite an unspecialized skill.

Find a niche in website business that is specialized. e.g High-level J2EE, Websphere. Need to be different from others. Find an edge.

How much you can save from SGD 2k ?
How long do you need to work there before you really get the job you like ?
Can you get the job that you like faster by staying in M'sia ?
