A lot of MNCs now are practising flexibility and transparency across the seas, you can actually work in the MNC locally, after a few years - if you're good, damn good, u get expat (much better pay aint it?). if you're not so good but above average performer, you can ask for a overseas position at a local pay. still not-too-bad. of course, polishing shoes along the way may help do some magic
