I've received several calls from the recruiment agency and they told me that 2 months notice period is too long. The clients wanted me to buy myself out. Did anyone of you encounter this? Are your employers willing to wait for your notice period? I just feel that it's not worth it to buy myself out....however, I'm letting go a lot of chances.

Also, do you guys state your current salary in RM? How to you estimate the expected salary in SGD? Let's say my salary is RM3000 now.
