i advise you go for PR status before leave your old company. It is much easier to get a job compare to employment pass.
anywhere my pr expired and i'm currently working in msia. Im planning to renew my pr but was told i cant because i am not currently employed in SG ...sigh... |

i think it is better to stay at sg while u r working there.
the travelling from jb to sg is pathetic .... |
