You guys blow the bubble so big!!! Common... be realistic... For new grads in SG will get around 1.5-2.5k on average and max out around 3k SGD.
10k SGD are like a senior manager role.
I don't really believe is a fresh grad can command a 10K SGD. Unless he/she is a genius in that particular industry.
