Yep you can just buy it right away, but to make everything smooth, register that car under your cousin name since the AP is under his name. and don't just store it in a storage. drive that car so that the mileage shows that you really use that car in japan.

there is a recon/new import car dealership, quite big in KL. he got all his cars there. no sport car, just mpv and a few sedan from germany, fine sedan.

he pay extra for the dealer to import the thing brand new. they will take some percentage but the process smooth criminal. you just wait for quite a while, a few months at least. For used model, it is much more faster.

And yes 100% all milage meter of recon car is adjusted.

rich powerful people do this if the authorised dealer here dont want to help. BMW will help but with a lot of extra cost and the right assistance from the correct people.

at the end of the day, you have money is useless if you dont know the correct people.
