But if you really want to import a GTR ,
you should pay money to someone like a runner (most probably car trader) to bid for you at licensed dealer auction in Tokyo or other states . (e.g. USS Auction)
You can get a R35 for RM150k or less if convert directly in currency
Oh and of course, send the car to import-export specialist and hire runners to settle shit for you if you dw wait for 9 months and worry about Approval Permit (AP) .

I'm not sure why everyone says buy new from showroom. The GTR isn't imported in under Tan Chong and I haven't seen a brand new GTR in Naza in 2008 and neither have I now. You'd probably have to request for it from people handling the import and export of cars
