Hi,
I would like to follow up on my request to install fixed line to my existing home fibre. Applied at maxis centre alamanda on 9th may 2015 but until now yet to receive any appointment call. Report id C16348458. This is just taking too long.

Hi,
The installation / setup completed and phone line working fine. However my home alarm system is not working with the new voip line and as a result, the automatic call alert to alarm help centre and my mobile phone is not functioning. With help from alarm technician, Maxis mentioned they now opened port to enable the feature but until now still not working.
Kindly help.
