Yes, seems like the old one is just as bad, or worst. Some people solve it by re-pasting it in the past, but do you want to buy a new laptop and go thru the trouble?
My problem with the AW13R3 is that the belakang parts are super fragile, dah dua kali some of the vents patah (luckily complete cover well, cover that) but my previous Alienware never had anything physically patah before.
Thanks for the info. I’ll be careful with my laptop.
I really doubt its cooling performance will be great, and it is going to cost a fortune like any other thin gaming laptop out there right now. Some people might like the new keyboard which is probably same one in Inspiron series, with only Zone lighting and not per-key like in their new 15”. Oh and those small arrow keys, seriously Dell?
However, the screen often flicking especially I am using it on battery. The technician can not fix it unless i capture the flicking video or shown the technician on sport.
The screen flicking varies and non-predictable. The worst case, it's like screen freeze with white thick whiteline suddenly.
The technician required me providing or reproducing it ..... else, they refuse to fix it.
if I were you I'll complain straight to consumer right.
