Yes, seems like the old one is just as bad, or worst. Some people solve it by re-pasting it in the past, but do you want to buy a new laptop and go thru the trouble?

New Alienware M15 - A thin Alienware!
I really doubt its cooling performance will be great, and it is going to cost a fortune like any other thin gaming laptop out there right now. Some people might like the new keyboard which is probably same one in Inspiron series, with only Zone lighting and not per-key like in their new 15”. Oh and those small arrow keys, seriously Dell? The 13" isn't that big to lug it to a cafe. Great for the time when I decided to go home after rush hour.

I agree with ZM Fong. They have no good reason other than greed to use soldered RAM, I'm not supporting that with my wallet.
