you need to cut your fat, use google to calculate the amount of calories you need to maintain you current weight (BMR and TDEE), use that as a guideline, and eat lesser than that calories amount. we call it calories deficit.

Refer to 1) to find out how much macro (carbs/protein/fat) that you need to hit daily.
