QUOTE(E-J@1 @ Dec 15 2006, 03:25 PM) not too big la, just wider & shorter than normal atx case... any recommendation on the two case Have you seen it next to a SG01 and TJ08? It looks like a school bus parked next to a kancil and kelisa leh. Personally, I think it doens't make sense as it's too big to be used as a HTPC, if I wanna put on my table.. both the silverstones takes up less space on the table. Doesn't make sense to put on the floor as well since it's too short

A couple cm doens't seem much but it does feel so much bigger.
Anyway.. whats the point of sticking a full ATX into a semi-"sff" anyway?
Me thinks that if I'm gonna stuff a rig full of cards and vga's...big is the way to go.
My only gripe with the TJ08 is that they shud've whacked it full with HDD bays like the Soldam... then it'll be perfect MATX rig

QUOTE(E-J@1 @ Dec 15 2006, 03:56 PM) yeah, i agree with u, if only all the m-atx will stack with full HDD bays like Soldam (isn't it going to be hot)... FYI, i'm buying a 'sff' case for easy to carry from one place to another as i'm a varsity student, can't even seperate with my pc for a day like going back home, really piss me off if wanna carry a 10kg rig all the way up till 5th floor for every time wanna go home For that... there's always notebooks.

QUOTE(cablesguy @ Jan 25 2007, 03:28 PM) haha..but no regrets right?...anyway this really looks good, at least much better than the ex 34...only thing is whether the airflow is better than the ex 34 coz the holes look tiny. Btw its called the LL34modper and designed by some norwegian/swedish or some european folks for LL for the 343 casing pix frm 3dgameman Yeah...selling here di. Compared with the EX34.. it's only 3 disk.

QUOTE(cablesguy @ Feb 14 2007, 05:29 PM) heres a pix i posted b4.....did try a 140mm fans but the like sniper mentioned earlier...doesnt handle back pressure well....the airflow was almost non existant...no kidding. Also tried panaflo medium bx, good fan n good cfm but had too much noise and vibration....anyway the easiest option for me is to leave the doors open...oh and the black rectangle is suppose to be what i think is the ideal position to place 2 hdd's in the front...provided theres actually a good 140mm fan as it can cool both hdd's and direct airflow around the drives. [attachmentid=194621] Mau senang.... kasi gorek lobang and do a TJ07 lor.

QUOTE(Doom @ Mar 12 2007, 10:30 AM) V100 RM748 V2000 RM898 Shark is nice for the size .... but it's different class with LL due to the material usage ... besides when u touch and feel the Lian Li case in person ... u just dont even want to compare it with TT .. Shark where got nice.. airflow crappy....horrendous plastics.

QUOTE(Doom @ Mar 12 2007, 10:36 AM) For the size mah ..... of course airflow wise it is not brilliant that's why most go for WC due to the large size to accommodate WC kits... For watercooling... lagi banyak choice. Personally I think any of the choices below makes better sense for main air. - CM Stacker ... the old one. - Lian Li V-series - Silverstone TJ06 ( TJ07 and 09 no need to say lar.. those uber mahal) - Akasa Eclipse

Wrong direction di... must go a suggest ah lian to do a casing based on PC-A10's look with:
1) Better inside bezel than the weird sized fan opening. Maybe something solid. 2) With thick a$$ side panels...at least 2mm... Dynamat laden. 3) None of that stupid vertical drive bay 4) Top mounted front I/O with card reader, esata.

Rants: PC-V1XXX series Pros: -Sexxxxyyyyyy - Thick alu ... I like Cons: - Holes = noise - Why can't they make the front IO's on top PC-A10 Pros: - Sexxxxxyyyyy - Dual psu - Lotsa space Cons: - Cable management mess.... especially for 4pin mobo cable - What's with that vertical drive bay? - Side panel's "thud" not solid enuf PC-101 Pros: - Quiet Cons: - Front door not quite sexy enuf - Side panel fan = noise and directional limitation PC-A18 Pros: - Imagine stacking up lotsa hot swap HDD's on it --> SEXXXXYYY - Very flexible... modable. Cons: - Noise - Doesn't look sexy enough at stock

QUOTE(sHawTY @ Mar 29 2007, 05:36 PM) Don't go for PC-A10 Heard "some" complaints on the VGA card overheated because no direct airflow to the GFX. It's one of my dream case too, but after two users complaint about their GFX overheated, so i shut down my intereste on that model of LL casing. Come on.. that's one of the most retarded thing I've ever heard.. no offence to you of course. People have been using standard atx cases without bigass side fans for ages with no problem. Furthermore, the A10 comes with that rear pointing fan could be set to blow or such.. either ways.. there's more airflow over the vga card area compared with most of the cases out there.
