I might have to buy a large piece of foam pads to cover it up, or remove the panel grills, replace it with an acrylic sheet.

If u really dont like the mesh there then just take it off n change to acrylic. That shud look really nice.  Then cut a blowhole near the gfx card n install a fan filter at the blowhole.

they even sell the side panel in windowed and non-windowed version. ATE has them. only thing is stock availability

it's available at ATE as for the price you could call them up or just wait for me to reply after 2mr evening .. .

Hi..got myself here pc-7s. I'm wondering whether you guys have noise problem with lianli cases? Both my 120mm fan running at around 1400rpm and are giving audible noise.

yes it is...trust me...can see the pix of the bezel in the GT thread i posted earlier (or can just click the case in my sig)
u sure its the fans?? the stock fans might be a lil noisy...at least that was the case with me n doom when we got our OEM PC007B.

also, the HDD cage of ur case has vibration issues. its the same exact cage as the PC007. solution for the HDD cage can also be found in the thread i mentioned to serez (linked in my sig)

May I ask...for my pc-7s
1. Is there a way to lower the speed of my stock lian LI 120mm fan in the front and at the back?
2. The top square ventilation hole, is it for exhaust or intake??

ya...went to ATE to check out other cases, but when i state my budget, the ATE guys straight away recommend me this LianLi PC-7S. Luckily I heard u guys praising it, so I straight away bought it.

Right now, I'm very satisfied with this case, but the only bad thing is, there's no fan filter infront and I have problem with the 120mm case fan noise.

okay about the PC 007B issues i had with ATE few days ago, after some serious negotiation with them they finally replaced the stupid worthless 25CM fan + mesh side panel with a regular black side panel which is identical to lian-li's site. I don't have to pay a single cent, the shipping back fee is at their own cost.

Anyone here with the same problem should call them and make them do their job. It's your right to receive something you want instead of being duped to eat something else. I had to call them, had my father give them a dead line where if they still refuse to change the panel, he'll bring the case up to the consumers and have a small claim case. Finally, it worked. ATE is the perfect company where stupidity and irresponsibility are concerned. (did i mention all the staffs at the Klang ATE distro do not speak English?)

ATE's boss is Mr Lim. Call them and directly ask for him. He'll normally avoid you and you probably will never even speak to him if it's about the claim issues. Here's what you do. Know your rights, let them know you'll sue them if they are not going to change the panels for you. Don't bother asking for Mr Lim's handphone because the staffs will never let you know.

Again, the PC 007B they claimed to be IS NOT a PC 007B. It's PC-7BYCF. Confusing? No it isnt, it's just as simple as selling the item as PC-7BYCF instead of PC 007B.

anyone managed to install the top 80mm fan for PC-G7?
i tried but looks like my cables are disturbing it..

or should i put nothing on it? 

i have an 80mm fan on my 007.. cables ok only...no kacau oso...

internals are exactly the same as the G7 except for the HDD cage.

finally joined the lian li band.. just bought PC-7S today.. had to wait long for stuff to arrive.
